As we approach the festive Raya season, we would like to provide you with a clear overview of our fulfillment process to ensure your orders reach you in the best possible condition.
Our Commitment to Freshness
To ensure you receive the freshest kuih raya, we maintain a daily production cycle. All orders are handled by our dedicated vendor, Aducktive Food Sdn Bhd, based in Kota Puteri, Batu Arang, Selangor.
Please note that every order requires a two-day preparation window before it is dispatched:
Day 1 (Order Day): Order processing and finalization.
Day 2: Fresh baking, cooling, and secure packing.
Day 3 (Shipment): Dispatch and handover to the courier.
By following this precise 48-hour cycle, we guarantee that your cookies are baked specifically for your order and shipped at their peak freshness. Once shipped, the standard delivery window is typically 2 to 5 working days.
Courier Partners & Raya Deadline
We currently utilize J&T, SPX, and DHL eCommerce. However, as we approach Raya, we have made a strategic adjustment to prioritize reliability:
Priority Shipping: we are now exclusively using DHL eCommerce starting 12/3, for seasonal orders.
Raya Delivery Guarantee: DHL has committed that all parcels shipped by 16th March will arrive before the Raya festivities.
Order Cut-off: To meet this final shipping window, we kindly advise placing your orders no later than 14th March to accommodate our 48-hour production cycle.
Tracking: Please check your order dashboard or email for your tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. For real-time updates, we kindly ask that you use the courier’s official website for live tracking.
