So some items may be packed and shipped directly by our trusted partners.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery and logistics are managed by these vendors and courier services.

When you place an order:

please make sure your details are correct
double check your address and phone number
complete payment to confirm your purchase

Orders are only confirmed after payment is successful.

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

If we notice any pricing or stock errors, we may cancel or adjust the order and inform you as soon as possible.

3. Product availability

festive specials (especially Raya)
small-batch or handmade items

Because of this, quantities may be limited and some items may sell out quickly.

Colors, packaging, or designs may look slightly different from photos due to lighting or production batches.

Our vendors and courier partners handle deliveries.

We always aim for smooth and fast shipping, but delays can sometimes happen due to:

courier backlog
weather
incorrect addresses
other situations outside our control

Pedzulkefli is not responsible for courier-related delays, damages, or failed deliveries, but we’ll always try our best to assist and follow up for you.

5. Food & festive treats

For food items (like Raya kuih or snacks):

please store properly after receiving
check ingredients if you have allergies
consume within the recommended period

Once delivered, handling and storage are the customer’s responsibility.

For hygiene and safety reasons, food items generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless there’s a mistake or damage.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are covered under our Refund Policy.
